Le Marche Region Artisan Product
Following my graduation in ‘Tourism of the Territory and Rural Development’ from the University of Macerata, I had the good fortune to know many important people such as the famous Carlo Cambi, editor of The Gambero Rozzo and writer of many articles on Italian gastronomy and tourism, as well as Professor Cavicchi, noted researcher in the agrarian economy.
Initially, I collaborated in London with my good friend Paolo Ciccioli as an export manager where for many years he used to deliver fresh Le Marche truffles to many of the top restaurants.
More recently, I completed a cooking tour of Lithuania sponsored by the European Community. The aim was to promote Italian cooking skills and food products over a 2-week period. I was the Director of the Project.
La Pasta di Aldo
I also worked as an Export Manager for Pasta di Aldo, one of the most prestigious and authentic pasta makers in Italy.
Based in Monte San Giusto, this artisan pasta is produced from a rigorous selection of raw materials to guarantee a unique product.
