International Collaborations
“A journey is a personal quest, a path that needs to follow the traveller’s pace, their desires, and thoughts. That’s why I want to understand your dreams, ideas, and needs. I aim to get to know you, to offer you the best way to experience Italy and to help you fall in love with it just as I have.” – Moreno Moretti
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a variety of professionals, companies, and media personalities to share the beauty and authenticity of Le Marche with the world. Whether it’s guiding television productions, curating travel experiences, or offering local expertise as a consultant, I take pride in helping others discover the hidden gems of my beloved region.
Notable Collaborations
I have worked with various renowned professionals and media outlets to introduce Le Marche as a premier destination for luxury travel, sustainable tourism, and real estate investments.
- Optomen Television (London): I had the pleasure of collaborating with Optomen, the production company behind the ‘Feast with Heston Blumenthal’ series for Channel 4. This collaboration allowed me to share the true essence of Le Marche with an international audience through the lens of a world-class chef.
- Gennaro Contaldo & Other Media Personalities: My collaborations with experienced chefs and presenters, including the renowned Gennaro Contaldo, have provided me with invaluable opportunities to appear as a local expert and consultant for various media projects. Working alongside such talent has allowed me to showcase Le Marche’s cuisine and cultural heritage to a broader audience.
These experiences have not only been about location finding and logistics, but also about curating authentic experiences that highlight the best of Le Marche. I’m always excited to be a part of projects that allow me to share my expertise and passion for the region, while helping others experience Italy in a truly authentic way.

Heston Blumenthal
In April 2009, I had the honour of collaborating with Heston Blumenthal, the finest chefs and owner of the three-Michelin-starred Fat Duck. I was the location finder for the British programme “Feast with Heston Blumenthal” on Channel 4, where I helped Heston research local products like porchetta, salami, and ciauscolo.

Jamie Oliver
In May/June 2012, I was commissioned by Jamie Oliver’s team to plan a food tour of Ascoli Piceno for the Jamie Magazine. I guided the team through local artisans and producers, and organised a dinner at Agriturismo Ramuse hosted by my close friend Paolo Ciccioli, showcasing the best of our region’s culinary heritage.

Maria Liberati
In 2013, I was asked to be the recipe consultant for Maria Liberati’s book “The Basic Art of Italian Cooking”. Our collaboration extended to organising filming locations for her PBS television show in the U.S., where I helped showcase the best culinary traditions of Central Italy, especially Le Marche’s finest products.

Maud Onnermark
In September 2012, I arranged a wine and food tour in Pesaro with Maud Onnermark, a Swedish TV chef. We explored local cheese varieties, the Lacrima di Morro d’Alba wine, and participated in a truffle hunt and pasta-making class. The tour was done in partnership with goslowtravel.se.

Sara Lafountain
In September 2012, I organized a wine and food tour in Ascoli Piceno for Sara Lafountain, a Finnish-American celebrity chef. We shopped for fresh local produce, which was used in a cooking class for Fennia representatives, organised with Ameno agency. It was a fantastic culinary adventure.

LVRA Lithuania
Also in September 2012, I arranged a wine and food tour in Pesaro with Maud Onnermark, a Swedish TV chef, in collaboration with goslowtravel.se. We discovered local cheeses, tasted Lacrima di Morro d’Alba wine, and enjoyed a truffle hunt and pasta-making class in the beautiful Italian countryside.

Sarah Fragoso
In October 2012, I worked as a local consultant with Sarah Fragoso, author of Everyday Paleo books, during the filming of a documentary on Le Marche. We explored gluten-free products and cooking techniques during a food tour in Pesaro, discussing the importance of preserving regional food traditions and local ingredients.
